Because we haven't got the resources of the large companies it is possible that we may not retrieve your data and this is why we offer a free initial evaluation. The initial evaluation is completely non-destructive, so if we can't retrieve any data you are able to send your disk elsewhere. We even pay the return mail costs if we can't retrieve data (UK only), so all you pay is cost of mailing your hard drive to us, you have nothing else to lose and the possibility of saving lots of money to gain! Remember - NO DATA, NO FEE! You don't have to be a home or small business to use our service. Area of Operation Our area of operation is mainly throughout the UK mainland although we may consider overseas clients provided suitable financial and mailing arrangements can be made.

How much does it cost? We will give you an estimate of the cost after receiving your details and a quotation after we examine your disk. If at any stage it is possible that the quotation is incorrect we will inform you before proceeding. You will not be charged more without prior
notification. We do not accept credit and debit card payments directly at this time but they can be used through PayPal. Personal cheques or PayPal are welcome.

Why are we cheaper than the large data recovery companies?
Quite simply we does not have the facilities or the overheads that the large companies have.
What data do we retrieve? We retrieve all the data that is retrievable but then we only write personal data (or specific files) to the CD/DVD. That way you only pay for your usable data and not for useless fragments of program and operating system files. Remember - NO DATA, NO FEE |

How to use the service First of all contact us (see Contact Us above) Once arrangements have been made, package up your hard drive or other medium and send it to us by recorded delivery. Ask us if you need advice on how to package your hard drive safely. Don't worry if you don't know all the technical information we may ask you, just tell us as much as you can and as precisely as possible how the drive failed. We will then sort everything out when we receive it. Please do not send your hard drive without prior arrangement! |

Can
we guarantee to recover data from a hard drive or other media?
No, we can't guarantee to retrieve your data. That is why we offer a free initial non-destructive evaluation of your media. If we can't retrieve any data we return the media to you in exactly the same condition for you to send elsewhere. You can't go wrong because if we retrieve your data you save lots of money and if we can't, all you loose is cost of mailing your hard drive to us, we even pay the return mailing cost (UK only) if we can't retrieve any data. |
